To prepare a quote for your model, we need a copy of your project information such as TIF, PDF, DWG or other files for our review. Our team will prepare a quote with pricing and turnoever options for your project.
Lead time is one of the most common questions we receive. The estimated lead time depends on several factors, including the size and complexity of the project, as well as our current workload. Our varies based on the complexity of the project, we will advise you of this on our initial call for your project.
We provides a customized quote for each project we receive. We do not use per-sheet or hourly pricing because we believe that this gives our clients the best possible value. By quoting each project individually, we can take into account all of the factors that affect the cost, such as the size and complexity of the project, the level of detail required, and the urgency of the deadline. This allows us to provide our clients with a clear and transparent price upfront, which can be agreed upon prior to starting the job.
Our quoted services include any redline revisions from the customer during the review process, as well as the first round of revisions from the drafter. However, if any systems or scope changes occur, we will charge a fee additional reviews. Field measurement revisions are also charged hourly.
Typically, invoices are issued to the customer at the start of the project and payment is required in full (via bank transfer or invoice payment link) before work commences. In some instances alternate payment terms can be arranged and this is assessed on a case by case basis. In this instance new customers may be required to submit a credit application before payment terms are arranged.
